What a way to go out!

Thanks for coming and sending off the season with a spectacular evening of racing. Sad it has ended, but at least on such a High Note.
98 Riders, 11 Half trackers. Crazy fun and excitement.
Pros, Former Pros, Upcoming Pros and Fast riders all came out to put their skill and speed to test here in paradise.
Who could have asked for a better Tuesday Night! With a crystal clear sky and ever glowing moonlight.

Our BIg Enchilada for the evening was our Club Coach Nate Berkheimer. You could here the crowd cheering NATE. He showed the riders what it truly means to rail corner 3 hard, just as he has coached them all so many times this season. With that rail, he slid in beside Manny, and made a run for the white line. Monroe Hutton on the gas, made a hardcharging effort down 4th to pass Manny at the line. Great night of racing in the Super 'X' 20 class.
Cruiser guys are getting faster and faster, and tonight Rory Ennis was on fire, going line to line, beating out a determined Grant, in the Cruiser 'A' main.
Mike Merriman continues his new found win streak, improved confidence and skill, and grabs the 'B' cruiser main title. Mike put his monday night coached jump skills to test, jumping the second straight table, and pretty sure we heard him cheer as he did so. Laurie worked her magic and skills in the Womens cruiser class, scaring Tony Lyons, each time she jumped the 2nd straight table. She has it dialed in nicely now and is having alot of fun on her bike.

Summer MacMullen grabbed her win in the 9 Boys Novice class, showing her determination and progression is paying off for her.
Thomas Way, Kaelyn Coles Lyster and Everett Brisbin had some nice runs around the Track, Thomas edged out Kaelyn each race, but she has proven time and time again, never discount the power, strength and ferocity of a girl.
These 2 girls, and many other men and women, boy and girl riders, have all benefitted from Lauries encouragment and riding tips this season.

Big Congratulations to Declan Bittel on his move to Expert.
We know we have a few more riders, ready to move up to Intermediate at Abbotsford Indoor now as well.
Speaking of Indoor. The Abby Indoor Build Date is November 9th. Typical practice schedule is Tuesday to Thursday 5 to 9, with racing Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings.

Please consider volunteering at Ridge next season for a position on the executive board or as a volunteer at the track during a race or practice. Volunteers are the backbone of the club, and trully allow us to be able to host these fantastic evenings.
BIG THANK YOU to all our volunteers in 2015!

Next Season gets under way the beginning of April 2016. Stay in touch on Facebook or the website. Please watch for work party details The first work parties of the season will be March 2016.

We are always looking for volunteers during practice and race nights and as an incentive we offer your rider a free race.

We can use help in staging, finish line, gate operator, concession, pre-race set-up / teardown, First-Aid, 50/50 sales, announcing and many other areas.

Please consider helping us out so we can put together an excellent night of racing. Sign-up at the Moto-Shed on the whiteboard. No special experience necessary. Without volunteers we can't race.

See you at the Track.

Coaching 5 to 7pm, Open gate 7 to 8!

Alright, last coaching and practice Monday night of the 2015 outdoor season. So, with that, we had so much fun in last weeks combined coaching session, we are doing it again tonight.
All ages and skill levels coaching 5 to 7pm tonight.
Open Gate practice 7 to 8pm.

See you here!

We had 99 riders and missing everyone!

September 22nd was a Great Fall Night out at Ridge Meadows BMX. We couldn't have asked for a much better evening, well maybe a little warmer.
99 Riders and 11 Half Trackers out to enjoy the crisp evening under the lights. So great to see all of our friends catching the last few races of the season.

With one of our biggest cruiser turnouts of the season, we had 23 guys going all out just to make it to the Semi-Main. The power and speed put down by the young guns was impressive to say the least. Youngest of them all, Zach Frier edged out hard charging Monroe Hutton and Jason Adams.
JP Baron brought out his new Purple Princess and cruised on over the line. Seems the shorter geometry works well for him.
Mike Merriman took the win in the Cruiser 'C' main taking his redline from line to line.
Laurie Harding continued on her No mercy streak, showing all the young and upcoming girls how to get it done.
Our 6 Novice male class was like a swarm of bees working around the track. It was anyones guess who could take the win for the night but Blake Kendall grabbed the Main win from Connor Brisbin and Ashton Kuperis. This will continue to be a fun group to watch as they age and class up.
Natasha Miller and grace Gulechyn continue to run the line in their respective classes. Great job out there all of you girls. You are showing the boys you can compete with them anyday.

Thank you to all of tonights volunteers. You are the Backbone to the club. We appreciate each and everyone of you.
